Tracking FAQs

I didn't receive my tracking number after I placed my order?

Tracking numbers aren't immediately available once you have placed your order. It takes around 3-5 business days to get your tracking details, after that you will receive an email regarding your shipment details. 


I've received certain items, but not all items from my order?

Each item we ship may have different delivery times. This is because some products are packaged and shipped separately.


Shipping time proceeded and I still didn't receive my item(s)? 

Sometimes it occurs that we attempt to deliver your items multiple times, but weren't able to reach you. We then ask you to check your mailbox. 


The delivery times of the shipping methods we offer are estimates provided by the carriers.So there may be some cases when packages are delivered outside of the listed estimated timeframe. If you think that the package may be lost in transit, make sure you get in touch with our support team no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.


Why isn't my tracking number working?

Often, tracking numbers will only function on domestic orders, as foreign postal systems will not update the location of the package in our carriers' systems. International shipping generally takes between 5-20 days, so you can estimate that it will take about that long from the time your package ships until you'll receive it. If your order is domestic and the tracking number doesn't work, please let us know so we can make sure that your items were properly shipped.
