Processing time may vary in the demand and the stock of our products. BE AWARE that all items generally take 3-5 business days to process before they are shipped out to the customer. After that, the item will generally arrive within 5-20 days.
An email notification with your tracking number will be sent to you once we ship your order.
To cancel a product, please contact us immediately at our contact page or e-mail: email@example.com. We will respond to all emails within 24 hours. If the order is placed by our designers, your order cannot be canceled.
If a product has a defect, you can return it within 31 days. Please send us an email with a picture of the defect to firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us through our contact page.
There are a few reasons an order can be returned to sender but most often it is due to an undeliverable address. Other instances include the package being unclaimed at customs or refused/returned by your end customer. You will receive a notification once the order arrives back at our facility. We are able to then reship your package or update your shipping address if wrongly implemented. New shipping charges will be applied for orders that have been unclaimed at customs, returned by your customer, or had an incorrect address originally provided. The customer is responsible for this.
